GBI don't believe this company is legit I don't believe this company is legit. You can't get anyone on the phone at all. I complained about repeatedly leaving messages and asked to speak to a manager, guess what you can't get anyone other than some people that appears to be an answering service, always a different person. They can't transfer you, nada. How is that for customer service? Pretty terrible. Update: Apparently this company struggles with the fact that women have a maiden name and a married last name. Nice try, you know darn well it was four times over two weeks and there is NO CONFUSION. You all are just awful. STAY AWAY.
