Great experience!!! Jason runs Equify exactly as I would run my business: no sales pitch and presents all of the necessary details to make a quick decision. He then calls you on a weekly basis to make sure you are informed on the status, and texts with updates in between. Jason also has experience at other lenders, allowing him to provide insight on whether they are providing their best deal. For example: the jumbo loan limit increased in January, and the lender I was in process with did not tell me if I just reduced the principal by less than $5K I could get a lower rate for a conforming loan.
