James was helpful and was great to talk to. I was asked to participate in a 30… I was asked to participate in a 30 minute survey and for my time I would be given a $20 gift card. I have yet to receive my compensation for the survey promised by Lady Caballero customer success for myloansense.com….if this company can not follow through on a $20 gift card then how can they be trusted to deliver on their word of lowering student loan payments and providing buying power to purchase a home. I took the survey Saturday July 9, 2022 and I am writing my review on Tuesday. I received a response via email stating that it will be next week before payout. If my math is correct, which it is, the amount of time is beyond a 24 hr period.‼️ Update‼️On July 13th I was contacted by loansense and was told that the gift card was going to be sent to me earlier than scheduled and was kindly asked to if I could delete my review. Here it is July 15th and my review still stands. I say once again, if Loansense can not deliver on their word about a little ole gift card then how in the world can they be trusted to lower student debt and increase buying power for a home. I know one thing, I am tired of company’s using technology to sell lies, to advertise lies, and to take advantage of people in their time of need. Zero stars, I mean I could take their word but as they have proven, a pair of lips will say anything. Eyes wide open people.
