Herbert wasted 2 days of my time Herbert wasted 2 days of my time, assuring and over promising that they could fund a deal even though I was honest with him about my position. He was incredibly attentive until he received my personal financial information. They then distributed that without my permission (no signature no application) and I have been contacted by at least 20 other people who obtained my information from Brookestone without my permission. He lied and stated they Brookestone is a direct lender, they are no more than a middle man charging incredibly high unregulated MCA commissions and broker fees. He stated it was a line of credit with a 5% interest rate, this is absolutely nonsense. It’s an MCA with a 15% broker fee and incredibly high sharecropper math debt service. His “boss” called me and told me they would fund the deal privately and then ignored my texts and calls. They won’t fund privately because he’s not a direct lender. I am in sales and the lack of integrity is insane in this unregulated market for MCA’s.
