She worked very hard and I felt that she went above and beyond just being a loan agent. We were approved and the process was simple. Liberty got me the best deal and provided the most professional support and service. Bobby did a much better job of explaining his offering than the others. When there was a glitch at the closing (not Liberty's fault) that would have cost me considerable money, Bobby stayed on it until it was fully rectified - there was nothing to gain for him but supporting a customer. That was especially appreciated.
