GBI had a great experience working with… I had a great experience working with the Realized staffs. They made the process seamless. The only suggestion I would make is to improve their web site. I have not been able to download the PPM files from the web site. Since I can't download the file, I have to view the file online, page by page. It is not practical to view it that way as the file is a few hundred pages long. So I sometimes request a copy by mail.

GBGood - but deeper product knowledge would help. I was happy to help as I will be a user of the tools that I looked at. I think it would help if Russ had a better understanding of the products that Realized is marketing. As it is, the conversation is necessarily more abstract than concrete and my suggestions are harder to implement in that situation
