Pretty Decent Company Yes, the rates are crazy, but if you're really in a pickle and balance your money righ and borrow only what you need, you will be fine....Customer service is always really pleasant and helpful.

I've taken loans multiple times from… I've taken loans multiple times from this company and always paid back per my schedule or ahead of time. Seems my rate would go down as an established customer but it is still very high. I gave them a bad rating because of this and now they won't approve a loan of ANY amount for me.

I am a Manager at a Hotel and unfortuantely with Co-vid 19 shutdowns, closures and quarantines in California and Los Angeles, my situation was affected. Golden Valley Lending has gone out of their way to be so very helpful and understanding. Every single customer service representative is highly professional. All I know is that when the "crisis" is over, I want to continue to be a Golden Valley Lending customer. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Excellent company!
