GBI highly recommend AMP futures! I highly recommend AMP futures in every way. Their commissions are very competitive, support staff is super helpful and overall I’m really glad I found them. I had a list of specific questions that I wanted to get some clarity on and Johnny was extremely helpful, friendly and answered every one of them clearly and concisely. He responded back to every email within minutes and laid everything out to where it was easy to understand and very clear. I’m confident in AMP futures and would recommend them to anyone looking for a highly quality and trustworthy broker. A+

GBI contacted AMP futures for knowledge… I contacted AMP futures for knowledge based questions regarding e mini s and p 500. They spent an hour with me via live chat and completely and thoroughly answered very detailed questions. They are absolutely customer geared. The opposite of a lot of brokerages who are only broker geared. They will match or beat any competitors commissions as well. If that doesn't speak volumes i don't know what will. Thanks guys.

GBDifficult funds transfer and unresponsive staff I recently tried to close my account. I asked them to either wire, ACH transfer, or mail me a check. I sent them supportive evidence that my bank account at Bluevine had the same title as the brokerage account and that my street address was legitimate. They emailed me back that they don't transfer funds to BlueVine (I assume it's not a Plaid member) and that they don't mail checks. Their banking practices aside, I just don't understand why they can't mail a check made out to the same entity whose address they have on file. The first time that I emailed them to discuss this, they wrote back that someone would be back to me the same day to work this out. No one ever did, nor did they respond to my subsequent emails. I don't think it's right for them to force me to open a new bank account to a bank of their choosing when they have a vetted street address to which they can send a check made out to the appropriate account title. My next step is to file a formal complaint with the National Futures Association. What a waste of time!
