BigWords has been a fantastic company … BigWords has been a fantastic company which has repeatedly saved me a tremendous amount of money in textbooks. They're my go-to store. They don't try to upsell - they just show me the best available price for every one of my books, taken together.

From Freshman through post graduate Big Words is great I bought many books through the comparison tool and finding the best deals on textbooks. Big Words is a wonderful tool for helping keep school experiences in check... Now I'm consulting Big Words for where to sell my books after graduating!

Saves time and LOTS of Money!!! I've been using BigWords for at least 10 years (undergrad, grad school, and medical school) and have saved thousands of dollars! They consistently show me the least expensive way to buy books and I have never had a single issue. I love that they also will take into account any coupons that might be available, so that you can maximize your savings. Top notch company that I recommend to anyone and everyone!

My book bag kept emptying when I tried to add books. My book bag kept emptying when I tried to add multiple books. I ended up having to get information individually for each book. And, even then, sometime the book would mysteriously disappear. It was incredibly frustrating, taking many hours to complete the task I was engaged in. I tried to trouble shoot based on information from the website confirming that cookies were turned on, I used three different web browsers - but nothing fixed the problem.

I got great deals on all my books but… I got great deals on all my books but BigWords redirected one rental textbook to a site called Booksrun, and I just clicked through and ordered like I usually do. However, I ended up ordering a book rental that was due back in mid August, and I ordered the book in late July! I guess it's my fault that I didn't check the due back date, but why would I ever rent a school textbook for one month? And I feel like BigWords shouldn't have redirected me to a site that automatically rented a book for a month, when all of the other sites Bigwords has redirected me to in the past have rented me books for exactly one semester.
