I saved a lot of money using bigwords since I choose the cheapest provider for each of my textbooks.

And, even then, sometime the book would mysteriously disappear. It was incredibly frustrating, taking many hours to complete the task I was engaged in. I tried to trouble shoot based on information from the website confirming that cookies were turned on, I used three different web browsers - but nothing fixed the problem.
