A Class Act From the start, the team was extremely courteous and responsive to all my questions and concerns about moving my IRA funds and setting up an account with Phoenix. Those human to human skills are extremely meaningful to me, especially in a numbers-are-important environment. I was equally touched by the thoughtful and beautiful Yeti cup for Christmas last month. It was an unexpected, classy gesture and I was hoping I'd get a chance to thank the team for creating and continuing such a welcoming, genial atmosphere with your investors. It's really refreshing!

Best "product" steady "payer" "confused" service It's a REAL ASSET we almost own. It pays monthly between 9-13% or you can choose 4 it to compound monthly at up to 13% when it ends up worth 4x after 11 years! I'm in my 2nd year and it's GREAT! But if you buy or recharacterize multiple issues at the same time their very concerned and friendly customer service has failed me so far. I'm not worried but its a hassle.

Best Investment Possible ! I have only been invested with them for a year. I have NEVER had a late interest payment! I have just under $100k invested and if I had more I certainly would invest more. Thanks to the entire team, calling out Matt and Chris on this - Excellent!!!

Beware don’t waste your time and money Biggest mistake I’ve made with my finances. I was looking to invest sent my money in, in October and it was never invested. The claims were waiting for an opening to place my money into an IRA. They touch base with me from time to time to reassure me as soon as there was an opening they would be placing my money in a IRA the account. Still a bit confused about what that means. A total waste of time and money. I lost so much interest on my would’ve been $20,000 investment. Finally after six months of waiting I moved my money to a different IRA account. I’m just sorry I actually trusted them.

They do what they say they are going to do and they do it when they say they are going to do it. I am shifting more of my retirement to them as I feel very comfortable with this investment.
