I literally loved everything about HOLT… I literally loved everything about HOLT experience. The check-in experience, the accommodation, the checkout as well. All, top! And if I am to mention the thing I loved the most was the design, the decorations, the furniture, everything about the looks of the apartment. The location is also very inspired, right in the city center and looking towards the Dambovita river and the Piata Unirii fountains.

Very disappointed with this company Very disappointed with this company. The support is almost non-existent. Everything took hours for basic questions to be responded. They expected us to read a long manual instead of providing support. for example, they never mentioned that Parking is not included and parking outside is almost as expensive as the room itself. We’re not coming back to San Miguel de Allende and much less to this hotel.

I recommend it Pros: clean, neat, confortable, beautiful, attention to detail, close to the main plaza, you feel safe, friendly service. Loved the feel and aroma when entering the room. Nice decoration. Bed and shower are cozy. Cons: you can hear your neighbors. The shower sprinkle shoots water outside the shower. Should be easy to fix for next guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Feels so good to go back to our cozy room after long active day. I recommend this place!

5 days in Bucharest... I stayed 4 nights at Holt Old Town and overall enjoyed the place. Pros: It's safe, decorated super cute, a/c cools fairly well, had a nice 2200w hair dryer and other convenient items for travelers, keypad was easy, good access to Old Town, bed was comfortable, modern bathroom, good sized room fridge with free goodies. It's just on the edge of restaurants and bars-you don't want to be too in the thick of it because the bars go all night. Cons: you can hear your neighbors but I only briefly had one so it worked out ok, you can hear music from nearby venues to some degree and nighttime revelers yelling but you're staying in Old Town so its a trade off-bring ear plugs if you sleep light, I had a balcony but couldn't use because EVERYONE in Bucharest smokes and there were always smokers down below so I couldn't even open the doors for a breeze. Would I stay here again -absolutely! The Holt team checked on me throughout my stay so just know that there may not be staff on site but they are attentive!

Very happy with the place! Clean apartament Clean apartament, the host was very willing to comply with my wishes on adding certain things which I needed extra, without any additional cost. The location is extremely accessible and parking available. I’ve felt really good, and I will definitely book again.
