Perfect! Very nice apt. Perfect location in the Old Town near all the sightsings. Immediate response whenever you need something from the staff. Everything was perfect it is a highly reccomended palace.

I had an absolute great time at Holts… I had an absolute great time at Holts Vallarta location. It was so clean and chill my friends and I would return anytime! I'm currently planning on returning now!

Very disappointed with this company Very disappointed with this company. The support is almost non-existent. Everything took hours for basic questions to be responded. They expected us to read a long manual instead of providing support. for example, they never mentioned that Parking is not included and parking outside is almost as expensive as the room itself. We’re not coming back to San Miguel de Allende and much less to this hotel.

Lovely with great location The place is just as it was advertised. Very quiet and just a few blocks from downtown. You can leave your car in the parking and walk.

An absolutely spectacular rental home… An absolutely spectacular rental home for our family!!! Incredibly luxurious, beautifully decorated! I have stated at over 100 holiday rentals & boutique hotels in the past 3 years of travel & this is by far THE most exquisite. 5 large, opulently decorated rooms, sumptuous linens, full sized high end toiletries throughout home, fabulous lighting throughout, massive kitchen, decked out with high end appliances, heated pool & jacuzzi, bbq, multiplied parte screen TV's throughout the property. A quick 10 min drive into downtown Centro San Miguel De Allende. Convenience & grocery stores are a quick walk or Uber away. Home is peaceful & quiet as well as guarded by gated security. I operate online businesses & wifi is ultra fast!! HOLT’s customer service team is unparalleled: kind, efficient, so quick to respond to any & all questions. I will absolutely be a repeat guest here, I cannot say enough!!!!!
