There is also a further delay in receiving your money in the naira account after the going through the initial zelle payment confirmation delay. This is really annoying.

Great concept Great concept, looks like a great startup! Has great potential if more people actually get on it and use it more. You might not always find the best offer, but they do come eventually. Speed of payout isn’t the greatest yet, but with time it got better which I believe they’re working on. Chioma is definitely a keep! Great customer service and great communication skills too. They have a rare alert feature, which is good if your target is to send at a specific rate range. - you can’t be logged both on your account phone and pc at the same time. ( not so great). -Fees are reasonably ok. 0-1$ usually. -great guidelines when picking up an offer for the first time. -you’re likely to get just Nigerian offers( as I mentioned not many users yet.. broad reach better put)

Maybe you could give a notification if the first offer failed and just give an option where I could agree an increased exchange rate at once, rather than returning the money and me starting the process again. Also, what if I entered a wrong receiver's email address by mistake? There was no verification from the receiver's end, other than the sender putting the email address.
