Company claimed to help with… Company claimed to help with Reconsideration. Gave them all the information needed to proceed. I was called and talked to like I was a fraud after I got upset the gentleman stated that in New York there was a lot of fraud which I then understood. He proceeded to ask me for more information like a passport and birth certificate which I provided the same day. He then state he could proceed. A week late he gives me a call after going over my credit report and starts to belittle me because my credit was in bad shape. Stating my age I should not only have one thing on my credit. After a shouting match back and forth he states again I am a fraud. If this is a legit company they are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have contacted my attorney with the next steps beware
