Boopos is a first class partner for flexible acquisition capital. I recently worked with Boopos on an acquisition with a short timeline. I looked at several options (Bank loan, SBA, factoring, etc..) but Boopos was the only option that would work for both the acquisition target and timeframe. Working with their team over several weeks to go through application, underwriting, terms, approval and funding was fast, communicative and a pleasure to work with. I was surprised at how clear the process was compared to an SBA loan, especially given how new the company is to the space. I was very happy with my experience with their team, up and down their org chart. Many of my emails were answered by the executive teams.
