Straight shooters, hey work around you and your schedule but most importantly, they KNOW what they are doing from the beginning of the home buying process and carry you through escrow. Jay Zayer was amazing. I was in a difficult situation requiring a reverse mortgage. Jay Zayer was my agent. He went Above the call of duty. I was trying to get the complex I lived in FHA approved so I could live there. The complex gave me a very difficult time and Jay went to meeting after meeting to try to explain to them that it would be that beneficial. They were non-bending. He spent so much time helping me always answering my phone calls. To no avail, the complex would not work with us. I finally did find another condo and Jay was with me the whole time, working with me. He explained everything to me in layman‘s language. Aramco, like a helping Family & "top shelf" Jay Zayer, Blair Campbell and the team at Aramco Mortgage were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable helping me to navigate the reverse mortgage process with trust and confidence. This was my second reverse mortgage, and it was more difficult due to having to get my HOA qualified for FHA, HUD. No problem though with this Aramco team. In fact, if I had to compare Aramco with my first reverse mortgage company, Met Life, which was also good, Aramco takes "top shelf".
