GBStrong Start, Weak Finish Easy initial application to fill out, but then the fun begins with making sure all the documentation is there, Once you're approved, the entire process runs on auto pilot. I did call in one time to get a pay off balance to be sent to me, the lady I spoke with advised it could take 2-24 hours. Of course being on a Friday, I never received the pay off balance. Nor did I receive the following Monday, or anytime after that. The only issue I had was with renewals. If you can not take the time to ensure the company name of the individual that signs the documents is correct, then why would I take the time to entertain the idea of asking for more money. Confidence level fell.
