He was fantastic to work with, available, answered all questions, professional, caring, kept costs down, extremely efficient, made closing happen quickly and conveniently, and he went above and beyond (two examples of many - spent hours on the phone with our insurance company and reduced our costs even to the very last day). I would highly recommend him and NexGen. We had started with another loan company but that was not going well. Dustin was highly recommended so we switched to him. Best decision ever.
