The smoothest Refinance I've ever been through RK Mortgage Group offered the lowest rate and fees on a 30 year fixed loan. From beginning to end, Roman Khodos was very dependable. We spoke on the phone, but mainly communicated via email. He explained the process and what information would be needed from me. I wanted to pay my fees out of pocket. Roman estimated me the amount, and RK Mortgage Group actually came in below his quote by a few hundred dollars. Very nice! I can honestly say this may have been the smoothest Refinance I've ever been through. I wanted to Thank Roman and RK Mortgage Group for everything.
