Thank you This is the 2nd apartment building we had gone thru with them, it was a bit frustrating with how long it took compared to the first deal. But they did deliver and closed on the property. FAST closing Annroj and Anngela Capital were incredible. I came to them with a difficult task, to get my DSCR loan closed in only 17 days. They managed to have it clear to close in 10 days and I was able to even move the closing up. These guys are the real deal if you need any lending services they will be my go to from now on.

Its almost unbelievable that they have… Its almost unbelievable that they have below 8% hard money fix and flip rate, but they really do.
