Best group ever Best group ever. They are excellent at taking care of the consumer and over the top at communicating. Smooth transactions every time.

this is the second time we have worked… this is the second time we have worked with Tim and his team and AGAIN, they did an awesome job!!! Financing for a house is a huge part prior to closing and very stressful, but thanks to Tim and his team we are fortunate that we closed on our dream house!

The Dineen Team The Dineen Team at Keystone Funding are personable, trustworthy and experts in their field. I wouldn't refer my clients anywhere else. They are a great additional to the local area and we are happy to call them partners.

Great to Work With As a Realtor, this is my first experience working with Natasha Lawrence and Tim Dineen of The Dineen Team. I have found them to be very responsive, helpful and resourceful. The Loan terms they offered my (our) Clients look VERY competitive. Lastly, they’ve done a good job working with my Clients to accommodate an accelerated closing schedule. I look forward to working with them again. Randy Fraysher Realtor - Pearson Smith Realty

Mortgage loans made easy with Natasha! Natasha made the loan process of buying our new home a breeze! She was truly there any and every time we needed her, to answer any and every question we had. If we ever buy a home again, we would go to Natasha for all of our mortgage needs. -The Pelletiers
