Customer support is absolute garbage Customer support is absolute garbage. Unable to log into my account in over a week because of their two factor authentication not working properly. There's no way to disable it either... they force it on your account. I've sent emails regarding this but they have yet to respond to any of them. I would not recommend this loan provider. Unprofessional

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY I can't say enough about this company. After my ex destroyed my credit I couldn't get help anywhere. I reached out to Avio and was given a generous credit line - more than I had asked for. They have increased my credit limit twice without me even asking. Although I haven't used the additional funds it's comforting to know that it's there. Customer service is great and the funding process is very easy and quick. A++++++

I am so grateful for AvioCredit for… I am so grateful for AvioCredit for giving me a chance. My credit is in real bad shape due to credit card balance and doctors bills I accumulated during Covid 19 and wasn’t able to catch back up. Now I’m on social security disability I still can’t catch up but at least AvioCredit believes I’m deserves another chance.

Very satisfied Very satisfied. Agents explained my payments and options for my line of credit. Also they were honest about costs of this loan. When I couldn’t be approved they did!!very simple process and very efficient staff.
