This was the first time I tried… This was the first time I tried Caribou, not without hesitation, but they were offering what appeared a good deal at a lower rate of interest and costs than their competition. There were quite several exchanges with their assigned agent, Michael (Mike) Ruiz, the usual shuffling of documents, but Mike helped me all the way, patiently, politely, and thoroughly.
