PPP experience I received my company PPP loan through Benworth and the process was amazing. They were so helpful from beginning to end. Did a lot of legwork on their own to make the process as easy as possible for me and also put in some extra effort during the forgiveness process to make sure that my loan was fully forgiven. All of the efforts were completely appreciated and really helped my company through this troubled time.

Poor communication I guess everything worked out in the end with my PPP loan. However communication is horrible with this company. They can find the time to send me an email asking me to leave a 5 star review, but can not find the time to reply to messages I sent them through their website. I wasn't even able to get a reliable phone number to talk to someone. Because of their poor communication I lost out in getting access to second round of PPP loan funding.
