Had I been informed upfront that your organization is not a direct lender of SBA, I would have given your office five stars. Also, I spoke to your rep, Nick; and I asked him never to address me with the word "hey" and he did it repeatedly, which to me means he does not care about my feeling, these are my reasons for the four stars.
