I started my process with a simple… I started my process with a simple application mid January. Through credit coaching and hard work I am closing next week!!! Cameron Handley was assigned to my journey and I’m so fortunate that he was the chosen one! With help from his peers Sarah and his Manager Tyler I am now able to write this review. Excellent customer service During my time working with Reliant Mortgage. I had the pleasure of working with your loan officer MrsLoretta Bass & your processor Mrs.Delaine Malone. Both of them went above & beyond to make sure we were successfully approved for our loan. I learned so much for them.They have become like family to me. Highly Recommended! Nate and Yvonne were phenomenal! We were working with another lender who stopped being responsive to us due to the pandemic. We had to start from scratch with 30 days left on our house contract. Nate and Yvonne went above and beyond in working with us, pushing the lender, the title company, and the builder company to make sure that we were able to close on schedule. I highly recommend them and Reliant Mortgage! We are now in our dream home and couldn't be happier that they played a part in helping our dreams to come true!
