This is it! After extensive shopping and research, we contacted a large list of factoring companies. My team formulated a spread sheet of both the pro's and con's of all the candidates. Axles package was in line with several of the competitors . One thing that stood out was their responsiveness and eager to assist . This was one of our many concerns as customer service is definitely evolving for the worst these days. We are very pleased in our decision to sign up and do not regret our decision in any way. They show that they care about your concerns and that you are not just another account number in their system. Their user dashboard is easy to navigate around and makes uploading invoices rather easy. When other Factoring Companies attempt to solicit my business, I turn them down because I prefer to work with people that I can Trust.
