GBExperience was not the best I like that when my loan officer was not available to me and the senior loan officer ignored my calls, there were other members of the company that stepped in to help out. I had a rough experience because my closing date was changed several times (from June to August) and I was kept in the dark until the last minute about many things. This loan process became a part time job for me. Underwriting seemed to be completely disconnected from the company's employees.
