Excellent service I have had several loans with Kevin, he is excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. He made the process smooth. I could contact him any time of the day or night with questions I had. I have never had a lender that was always available like this. Such a big asset to this company.

Best experience ever! I inquired about a quick loan of $150k. Kevin handled the process from start to end in a professional manner. They were respectful and realistic. I was offered a lower amount of $75k but it definitely made sense and it worked out! I have used other lenders before and this one was the best experience ever! I will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone I can!!!

Beware-these guys aren't what they seem I was contacted by phone and after looking into the company the front looked decent enough. I applied for their loan and after 9 tries to get their pandadoc online app to work I gave up and sent what I coud. it was very basic and I couldn't enter all the pertinent info. I applied and they said 48 hours, its been 2 weeks with no reply from their rep, company or other. I'm very concerned due to the senstive nature of financial information sent. bank statements, SS #s etc. I believe this to be a scam company-watch out. I'm closing out all my accounts that I sent them. What an absolute nightmare this is.

Very Good ... Excellent Customer Service This company was very good from beginning to end. They communicated every step of the way, did all due diligence possible and was very explanative. Their rates were very reasonable and well within the fair market value for their programs. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of funding.
