He was knowledgable, quick to reply to emails, and called me back immediately any time I left a voice mail or called after the office was closed. Very disappointed After i submitted all my documentations and received a phone call from the "Specialist" that it was approved and everything looks good, and under-writing is finishing the deal, and i was told that i will be getting funding the next day, next thing i know the specialist send me an e-mail and calls me to tell me that they made a mistake when they were reviewing the bank statements, and they have to turn me down this time. I am not a new customer with Capfusion, and have a very good payment history, but to waste my time and turn me down for re-funding is not acceptable and i will not recommend this company for this fuckup.
