Very slow moving versus their… Nothing great , not worth having outside of its competitors. This review is coming from one of its B2B partners . Very slow moving versus their equivalent competition , While already have offers or declines from other lenders these guys are busy trying to verify a silly insignificant information in order to even run the file. Like not checking of a "type of entity " when the title clearly states it being a corp . In this industry speed is everything , Accord is definitely behind the pace when it comes to responding back with offers . And when they do they're not very competitive , even when asking to compete vs another offer of their competition , they rarely have the leverage to re-work the numbers to make things happen . I have since stopped using them and prefer Forward, Expansion , Knight , Legend all who work twice as fast without the need to verify every single little thing before we even get an approval . I think this is more of an issue with their underwriting versus their level of service as that area has been without issues .
