I worked with Tradecology for the… I worked with Tradecology for the second time this week. I'd done a 30 Day Trading Psychology Challenge last year. It was the thing that got me to calm down while in trades, not be emotional & allow a loosing trade to ruin my whole day. Best of all no more FOMO. The internet is loud for new traders. Kicking FOMO was something I needed. This week the focus was on over-trading. I feel like I tell myself I won't do any unplanned trades, then see something & jump in spur of the moment. I actually haven't done it since doing the exercises last week. In the 1:1 session with Marcus his questions (and the feedback from my questionnaire done ahead of time), I was able to pinpoint what kind of plan I needed. I was given direction on what to do next without being up-sold. I was surprised. It was refreshing! When I finish the step talked about, I will definitely reach back to see what's next. First time I felt like my results were the main goal vs the next sale.
