The information in the marketplace is clear with all the relevent data easily available. Since investing, the distributions have been on time with relevent updates. Overcomplicated You are forced to create an account in order to check the marketplace. They have their own terminology. Here are the examples; Cash on Cash, Equity Multiple, Sponsors... Overall I find it very hard to calculate your real return. I decided to not invest for now.
