I've invested in a few tokenized… I've invested in a few tokenized investments with HoneyBricks. This was my first start in commercial real estate investing and getting going was incredibly simple.

Time will tell but I'm very pleased so far... So far so good with this platform. I've invested in two deals. One closed a couple months ago and I received my first distribution today. The people running the site have been responsive to questions. Time will only tell on the quality of the teams and projects available on the platform but I'm very happy so far with the process! This has been something I've been hoping to see within the Crypto ecosystem, so I'm cheering them on.

Overcomplicated You are forced to create an account in order to check the marketplace. They have their own terminology. Here are the examples; Cash on Cash, Equity Multiple, Sponsors... Overall I find it very hard to calculate your real return. I decided to not invest for now.
