Great Company Epoch Lending is phenomenal. The year prior I got an interest rate on my home that I didn’t believe anyone could beat easily, but Evan managed to get me lower than expected. Not only that, but the process was smooth from start to finish. Up to this point I always thought the loan process was stressful. I was kept in the loop on where my loan was at the entire way. Bad Lending Experience I did not have my loan structured at closing as I requested during the application process. When I arrived at the closing table, It was pretty much a forced closing with documents written in the way the underwriter and mortgage broker wanted them, opposed to what I needed. As a result, I was forced to sign so I would not lose the property. I have bought and sold many properties. This purchase/lending experience ranks as one of my worst!!
