It seems that this exceptional success was because not only is Lane the actual lender instead of someone representing potential lenders, but also and more importantly, he is a clever, conscientious, competent and kind lender - the last quality being quite a pleasant anomaly. My only regret is somehow not having found Union Home Loan sooner.
