Genuine and honest … I have known David for about 2 years now and purchased my first brr property deal through him earlier this year, with his guidance and knowledge this deal ended up being a full money out plus 12k extra. Can’t praise David and his team Sophie and Zena highly enough, have also recently purchased a r2sa deal which is also doing very well. Exactly what I signed up for Exactly what I signed up for! It took me a while to decide this would be right for me as I have very little time due to my job offshore, however the plan I have been given allows me to run this in my own time as the training is not location dependant. I will say this is far from get rich quick (does that even exist?) but if you put the time in you can see how this can grow to something much bigger as a small portfolio of houses can make you very wealthy over time. As far as I am concerned no other business I have seen produces income like this as a lot of franchises or businesses take months to see a return which is why I choose this, plus they are normal people, no flashy or gimmicky stuff saying you will be a millionaire over night nor do they expect you to build their brand, we are shown to build our own business.. I have sold some properties on to investors like they show which has nearly covered the entry fee already, also I took a few properties for my portfolio which are at a deep discount. We are given a plan to follow based on our individual goals and this is reviewed constantly by the team, only sign up if you are prepared to do some work Final word is if you want something that works that you are prepared to commit to then go for it!

There is always a reservation that… There is always a reservation that seasoned investors hold back on their advice to students and do not tell the whole story. In my experience so far this has not been the case. All the information has been useful, current and relevant to current market conditions.

Great Course I have completed my first traded deal with the brilliant help and support from David France and his team, and have made £2000 fee. The course guides me step by step to build a property business and David is always available to make sure I am going in the right direction. Securing my first lease option I have been on David France’s Portfoliomillionaire training programme now for the last 8 months setting up my deal sourcing business. I have been learning all the different strategies to acquire properties for as little money down as possible for the best return on investment. Whilst setting up my sourcing business I am still working my 9-5 job, so progress has not been as fast as I’d hoped but I’m delighted to say I have just recently completed on my first 4 bed HMO deal on a lease option agreement. I don’t currently have a list of investors to sell my deals onto yet so Dave kindly allows all his students to sell them to his large database of buyers which I achieved a 2k fee for this deal. Dave and Mike who is also a trainer within the Portfoliomillionaire programme are both fantastic mentors who have years of experience in property and without their help and step by step training material I’m pretty sure I would not of been able to secure this deal. I have learnt a hell of a lot so far on my property journey and I know there is still a lot for me to learn about this business but I’m sure I will get a lot more deals under my belt this year.
