They own your money! I deposited USDT to the paxful wallet without any restrictions. But then to withdraw them I needed verification, which I couldn't proceed due to lack of required documents. I wrote to the support asking for return, but they just ignored everything talking only about verification and that I couldn't trade without it. They blocked access to my own money. Update 01/29/2024 They finally allowed to withdraw my money (by banning my account).

Without any warning or explanation, they froze my account with over $10,000 in it. I've reached out to their support team multiple times, but they haven't provided any satisfactory response.
