Phil Mastronardi doesn't disappoint! This is the second time we have used Phil Mastronardi and we have to give him the praise and recognition he deserves. Mr. Mastronardi definitely makes the home buying process as easy as possible. He understood all of my concerns from the forefront and had answers to my questions before I asked them. Scott Nortman... don't waste your time. Scott Nortman said he would get us a pre-approval. Ran a credit check (after giving me a 30 minute lecture on not allowing other lenders to do the same -even though I know that to be untrue, buyers of course want to shop around for the best deal, credit bureaus allow a certain timeframe for you to apply to multiple lenders (credit pull). It will not ding your score each time. I have reached out several times for a quote, only to get excuse after excuse. I wish there was some sort of penalty for lenders that pull your credit, insisted that can get a pre-approval & then ghost you. What a waste on a legit lender/quote. He is also very condensing in the way he words things. I can't count how many times I heard (after being cut of in middle of a sentence) "ma'am, you ready for this" followed by a lengthy "bashing" of whatever you say to him. Disappointed is an understatement. Do better, Scott.

Top notch service!!! I can't say enough about Jeff and his team at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers. They handled my refinance with top notch professionalism. They stayed in constant and quick contact if I had any questions and the whole processed was completed way sooner then I expected. I wouldn't go with any other company in the future. Thanks again!
