GBMy broker My broker, who is a senior member of the team, and is often in the media giving interviews about commodity markets, takes the time to give me the same type of information I believe he would give to someone with 20 times my account value. He also does not shunt me off to his assistant, but takes the time himself to provide detailed analysis of the market we are trading in. He and his assistant care about their clients and routinely call or email with trade recommendations and advice. Great value for the money so far.

GBTwo issues Two issues, there's a lot of great software resources but it's not clear which of them are provided with my account and which ones require a fee. Secondly I'm having problems getting the dtPro program to recognize my username and password. I sent in an email for technical support but received no response. I realize I could just call my broker and go through him, but I'd rather not waste his time asking questions about how to operate the program. I'd rather direct questions his way that refer specifically to trading.
