Busy trading floor and customer focused environment. My broker spent over an hour with me to answer my questions and explained the trading skills on dt Pro (the trading platform) sitting side by side with me. I was told they also have people on duty at night trading hours to help customers even trade by answering phone call. Recommend to anyone trading commodity, especially the new ones like myself.
