I ordered online and did a wire… I ordered online and did a wire transfer. It took 4 days for them to even recognize my payment after it left my bank. I did finally receive my order exactly as placed. I just called with a product question and was given scripted answers with no flexibility. I only buy about $2000 a month in PM so I am not a power buyer. I am searching for a smaller bullion company with better service.
