I did not want to do the application completely on their website because I am always cautious of revealing personal information online. I called Rise Up Capital directly and spoke to someone who helped me apply over the phone. Rise Up Capital was very accessible to me and I had no issues. As an entrepreneur, I respect companies that take customer service seriously. I needed to provide bank statements as proof of income with identification. The funds were directly wired to my business account within a day of approval.
