Too pesty. Rude I received less than polite emails bordering on insult. I couldn't answer agent calls during work hours or when driving so I got emails that were rude. I requested not to be bothered again by this group!

If there was a spot for 0 stars I would If there was a spot for 0 stars I would take it! I entered my information 6 times and got redirected every time and once again. When I finely got a real person she again asked for my information then referred me to a person who would call me in the next 24hours who again asked for my information and I still don't have an answer to my question!. My conclusion you can find and remember my email and phone number so why can't you remember my information ? And what exactly are you doing with my information if you can't retrieve it ? If you have a good quality product to offer your customers why are you hiding it under a pile of crap!

Misleading I read your website too say I could get a written report. I got a salesperson.
