“I am a buy-and-hold investor “I am a buy-and-hold investor, and I was introduced to Ismael through a mutual friend. We spoke on the phone for over an hour, discussing my property and other investment opportunities. His passion for this business comes through the phone, and he is very much about creating a mutually beneficial situation. We will be doing more business in the future. I can’t recommend him enough to other people.“ Don

I own a removal services company in… I own a removal services company in Iowa and we did a cleanout of one of their investment properties. They were personable and professional! Thanks Ismael !

Seamless & Easy Support I inherited a house in South Jersey. It was 2 and a half hours from where I live in Brooklyn and I simply did not want to deal with the upkeep and costs of maintaining a second home. I was referred to the Tristate Holdings 167 team and they bought my house in less than a month. The process was seamless and easy. I will be referring this Company to others.

Professional and Passionate I have had the great pleasure of working with Ismael at Tristate. His professionalism and passion for what he does shows through his open line of communication. I look forward to working with him again in the future!
