However, after our initially conversation, I knew my search for a mortgage rep was over. I expressed my unique situation and Ted was understanding and never hesitated to offer assistance. Great Broker! My husband and I reached out to Ted to inquire about refinancing when we saw the record-low rates in the news. Since we have known Ted for years (we had the pleasure of having him as our landlord), we knew we’d be in good hands as we asked for advice. Ted gave us options and scenarios to consider—without any pressure to use him—as we decided whether it was worth it for us to refinance. It turns out refinancing made sense for us so we really hoped to use him.
