great experience Found these guys through a facebook ad and was curious but skeptical at first. I have been investing in real estate on my own for 15 years and it seemed a little too good to be true. Got a call from them pretty quickly. Their knowledge about real estate and their customer service was amazing. I've been getting essentially the same returns from my own deals that I have from them, but with zero of the headaches. I'm slowly transferring my portfolio into realtyfolio. Definitely recommend if you are interested in real estate and solid returns.
