I can't express enough, of the outstanding customer, professionalism and knowledge of the terms of this loan. They placed me at ease throughout the whole process. They provide us with great customer service and communication throughout the entire process. With their help we were able to get this done quickly and never even had to leave the house, all papers were signed electronically, and they sent a notary to our house for the final paperwork that needed to be signed. Very smooth transaction.

I'm extremely frustrated with this… I'm extremely frustrated with this terrible mortgage company. My loan was sold to another lender, and now I'm stuck trying to remove my PMI. Despite requests, the new lender still hasn't received my payment history from Amerihome Mortgage, and it's been over two months. To make matters worse, reaching a representative at Amerihome is a nightmare since my loan isn't active with them anymore. Their service is really disappointing.
