USUneducated customer support and untrained Guys please try to not use this company for any of the services. The experience with them is so bad. Their customer support is so uneducated and they take years to respond to the customer. They were servicing my loan and closed escrow account without my permission and now it took them 3 months just to tell me that they can’t open my escrow account because my loan is being transferred to other services (which is good for me). This is not the experience you require.
