GBWe love Seven Oaks We love Seven Oaks. A broker recommended them to us at the best possible time when we had lots of money going out but none coming in, due to 30+ days pay terms. There are so many factoring companies out there that I was overwhelmed when trying to make a decision before we heard about seven oaks. They’ve always been good to us, they respond quickly, they’ve answered the endless questions I have, there’s no minimum volume, no set up or monthly fee & the best part is they take care of everything for you. After getting set up with them, send them the invoice & they do the rest. They have helped keep our trucks working & taken away the worries of not knowing when we’ll get paid for work we’ve done.

GBOverall I have been factoring with… Overall I have been factoring with Seven Oaks for a year now. All I can say it’s been the best experience ever. I refer everyone I know to them. Seven Oaks does help you with staying on top of your outstanding invoices. However, as a company, you should be doing that anyway. When I signed with Seven Oaks, they were able to factor in almost 90 percent of my invoices.

MXTime limits on invoice submission was … Time limits on invoice submission was an issue as in some cases it is more than 2-3 weeks before invoicing could be submitted. Also, There documentation leaves something to be desired. I rarely got a statement of when an account was settled or how much I paid in fees. I was like pulling hens teeth to get an accounting.

GBMy Representative Gretchen Perrault is… My Representative Gretchen Perrault is the best. I was transitioned to her from Monica Case and we absolutely love working with both of them. Gretchen is always there when/if I need anything and that’s the best feeling. It’s great to know that if you need anything, your problem will be addressed.

GBAttention I like your service. The only thing that I think needs attention is on the 6% money witheld and then transfered to my account, because it's difficult identifying from which load I'm getting that money from. Please send update explaining from which load.
