Well Im a new broker and wasn't sure… Well Im a new broker and wasn't sure how and what documents to send in. I sent by email and fax and I was missing on which result in a none pay. And I sent copies of orignals BOL but it cant be processed until the originals are sent in and the shipper doesn't have the originals the carrier missed placed them and it result in a delay in pay still being held up?
