Good experience overall I dealt with Matt Behrman and found him to be a straight-shooter. We discussed all the terms and associated costs, and even negotiated some of them. The cost of the funds is higher than the bank but with a lot less hassle. I was treated with respect throughout, and the closing went off without a hitch. I would recommend Matt highly.
