Good Service We have enjoyed working with our Advisor over the last year or so. It did take some time to get all the accounts set up, but it's been nice to have someone else managing our investments according to our values. It was great to have a third-party giving us tips and advice on some of our financial decisions over the last year and it's been easier to engage my partner in financial decision making by feeling accountable to someone else! Some of the systems seem to be slow to update or freeze (RightCapital) so I probably wouldn't use it for my main budgeting app, etc. I do appreciate that we can contact our Advisor whenever we have financial questions, and he is very responsive. I think it would be great to have a lower cost option once all your systems are up and running and you are just "maintaining" everything - I am not sure the price is fully approachable for moderate to lower income earners (who probably need this service the most!).

The advisors at Advisor have been super… The advisors at Advisor have been super helpful, very thorough and patient. I have been very impressed and incredibly happy with the way they have approached dealing with an adult that acts like a kid with their money. Helping me to establish good habits for the short term and planning for the long term at the same time. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Before switching to Advisor I had a… Before switching to Advisor I had a professional relationship for over a decade. Honestly don’t know how anyone with a good income can manage their own money, I have tried but failed if I’m being honest here. I mainly switched to them because I found that my fees, about 1%, were no longer working for me. So initially you could say I switched to save money nota hard choice. However after 2 years I can say that I not only lowered my fees but have contributed more to my investments with confidence and feel like I am in control of my money, hard to put a price on that. If you are thinking about working with Advisor or switching you should.

Comfortable and confident, highly recommended My advisor has truly taken the time to learn my history, my current financial situation, and my short and long-term goals for the future. The organization has taken the time to make sure that I feel comfortable and confident not only in the service is being provided but in, the financial recommendations. I have regular check-in’s with my advisor and I’m recommended a diversified list of investment opportunities not just stocks and bonds. I would recommend to anyone, regardless of their financial fluency, who is looking for a trusted advisor that will make recommendations and give options for their specific situation, and not an out of the box solution used for all clients.

Exactly what I was looking for I was nervous about Advisor because they seemed new and didn't have many reviews, but I'm glad I took the risk because they're exactly what I needed. My advisor is super attentive and qualified and seems to care about my goals - not just how much money he'll make from me. When I tried working with another advisor a friend recommended, I felt they didn't care much about me or how I felt about my investments. It seemed like his primary interest was throwing me in a pre-fab portfolio and giving me 30 minutes of his time once a year. From the jump, Advisor has been different - their onboarding process was simple yet thorough. Now, I'm confident in my strategy with each paycheck vs. having a million different accounts with little to no plan. My wife is also super happy that our advisor actively includes her in our conversations and takes the time to explain what we're doing/teach us vs. our old guy who would act like it was an inconvenience to explain things more than once to us or in plain terms. It's not a cheap service, but I've gotten tons of value in return.
